Kaitlin is the founder and CEO of Ionic Development Company. Prior to starting her own firm, Kaitlin worked for a variety of real estate disciplines include Turner on the engineering side, The Boston Consulting Group in management consulting, and The HYM Investment Group on the project management side. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Farhan Abbasi is the Founder and CEO of Voyage Management. Farhan is also an advisor in the intersection of real estate and tech, serving as a Judge and Mentor at MassChallenge, the world's largest startup accelerator, and on the board of startups and non-profits like the MIT Enterprise Forum. Before Voyage Management, Farhan spent seven years at Ernst & Young LLP, serving as a CPA and Manager with oversight of 50+ global staff, working with Fortune 100 accounts like State Street Bank, Charles Schwab, and hedge/private equity fund complexes.
Roshan Shah is President of Hamilton Road Capital, a multi-strategy co-investment vehicle that focuses on real estate, private equity, and venture capital investments. HRC acquires, develops, and operates multifamily, student housing, self-storage, and hospitality assets across primary and secondary U.S. markets. Hamilton Road Capital also makes opportunistic private equity and venture capital investments ranging from seed to late-stage pre-IPO companies across a wide range of industries. Roshan is responsible for management of HRC’s portfolio of assets, deal sourcing, and investor relations and has structured north of $11 billion worth of transactions globally.
Sherry has over 13 years of real estate experience and has served in various roles for several leading players including private equity, sovereign fund, REITs, and investment banking. She has executed and managed over $10bn of real estate assets. Prior to founding C-star, Sherry was a Director of Fosun Group and a core member of M & A team. During her tenure with Fosun, she successfully closed the acquisition of Everest Healthcare Properties, an asset management platform in real estate.
Tal Keinan assembled and leads the Sky Harbour team. He works closely with aviation professionals and operators to constantly improve the Sky Harbour model. He serves on the board of directors of Clarity Capital, a global asset-management firm, and as chairman of Koret Israel Economic Development Funds, Israel’s largest nonprofit lender to small and micro businesses. Tal also serves on the boards of foundations engaged in veterans’ affairs, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and youth leadership. He is a member and outgoing chairman of the YPO Intercontinental Chapter.

Rose Liu
Ms. Liu is an experienced commercial real estate professional with approximately ten years in leasing, asset management, portfolio management, capital markets, debt and equity, development projects and joint venture partnerships in office, medical office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and retail markets. Ms. Liu joined Winthrop Capital Advisors in August 2020 as a Loan Portfolio Asset Manager, providing comprehensive asset management services for a large New York based real estate investment company, their public Mortgage REIT and debt investment vehicles.
